McDonald`s in Hope

Our frappe & fruit smoothies were great! They were made right, nice & frozen....Not melted down like sometimes.

The drive through worker was rude and wasn’t wearing a mask.

Chicken nuggets where good the quarter was soaked in greese hard as a hockey puck definitely was not cooked to order they also forgot my drink but I'm definitely not turning around as I live like 150 miles away I eat McDonald's all the time and that was probably the worst one I've ate at

I always love meeting my best friend of over 30 years here for lunch. Great food, the staff is good and I sheets have a great conversation. Lunch time is definitely the time if you prefer conversation over interaction

I ordered a iced coffee with 2 creams and two splenda and got what was seemingly a cup of iced creamer.

Very poor Service!!! Went in and was greeted by the cashier that was at the fry machine stating she'll service us shortly it never happened went to the self service machine to place order it was very confusing to customize an order so I went back to the counter where the person that greeted me was finally available to help.. I place an order ask what type of sauces they had and was told they had too many too call off I asked if I could see them and she rudely pointed towards the drive thru making a scene saying I was making a scene in her lobby.. ask to speak to a manager and she was the manager(Desiree). I canceled my order so did my sister and daughter. Very rude Manager cant believe customer service is come to this. She also got very loud with me stating I was cause the problem...

They are fast and generally the food is good.

This is the worst McDonald's I have been to in my life and I have been a manager at several McDonald's and this place does not put customer Satisfaction 1st I ordered to make chickens fresh they gave me old patties hard bread and refused to switch out the sandwiches the first female manager didn't Even wanna deal with me she immediately said after I told her what was wrong let me get another manager Definitely a place not worth spending your money at.

Food not fresh, front counter rep not friendly food was so nasty didn't call to replace.

Good hot food for a reasonable price sometimes the drive thru is backed up don't park in front you will have a hard time getting out

With a Burger King across the street, it's a wonder this McDonald's has any customers. The wifi available here is one of the worst examples of free wifi I have ever seen, being weaker than the Burger King wifi, while I am seated inside the McDonald's. The burgers are not as good as those from Burger King, and neither is the soda. The tea on offer at this McDonald's is the sorriest excuse for tea I have ever tasted.On the plus side, the coffee available at McDonald's is some of the best, and I enjoy it enough to buy the cans of grounds so I can make it at home when I'm not traveling.

It was as it should have been, quick, efficient, and good food. The service was good. There were no problems.

This is the best McDonald's I have found for customizing McCafé drinks. I like to order a reduced-syrup, double-espresso mocha, and they consistently get it right.

Great. They made our burgers to what we wanted. Super friendly people.

Sitting here waiting on our order, apparently it was made and sent out thru drive thru, hope the car who got it , enjoys it. So apparently the employees at McD has forgot the customers that are seated in the restaurant. Hope they realize that this reflects badly on the restaurant. We wont be back.

If I could give zero stars I would , staff is rude and disrespectful, general manager snatched my drinks when I asked her a question, nobody wearing masks the correct way or wearing gloves during this pandemic , and then proceeded to tell me I was wrong after they gave me the wrong size cup & would not fix it . Sad excuse of a McDonald’s.

Hate the General Manager.But I love Double Quarter Pounders

The opposite of fast food. If you want McDs, the food is good. If you want fast food, go to Wendy’s.

Have gotten multiple drinks just carbonated water seems like something always broken

The double quy pound we was why to small I was expecting a big burger not small little briger for kids

Well ice cream machine was down I ordered a regular chicken sandwich I got a spicy McChicken sandwich that I can't eat got a four-for-four on the double cheeseburger and the burger the buns was to bottom buns you got this and the chicken nuggets he was frightened they need to change the grease and it took 10 minutes to get to dam drive thru I'll let you know we couldn't eat none of her damn food I would write a zero but it's not the owner or right one start no stars but you got to do one of them at least so that's reason he got one

It's McDonald's, what more can I say? Decent food at low prices or you can pay the same amount you would at a diner and get slightly better quality food. I don't really eat here often, but when i do it's the fries i am after! They do have some good fries!

Went to order breakfast they had no eggs at the self serve fountain drinks no ketchup no napkins one machine had ice the other did not.. Staff did not seem to be bothered with all the problems so we got some hot cakes sausage eat and left.. we could have eaten for less money at Denny's and gotten our drinks brought to us rather than having to stand in line while they're people that work there got their drinks.. This is not a typical McDonald's

they have the best frappes and really great prices you can't beat it I'm loving it

I normally don’t like to leave reviews like this, but this was pathetic. I waited in line for about 15 minutes. Lady at the window was a bit rude and also handed me the wrong drink. Glad I noticed. But I didn’t check the food. Turns out, I didn’t get half of what I paid for. So I turn around, ask for the missing parts of my order. I guess I should’ve checked if the other part of my order that I actually got was actually correct though, because the sandwich I asked for turned out to not be what I ordered, but I didn’t notice until I went to eat it after the second time, so I said screw it. Go to a different McDonald’s.

My food was delicious as Always, My Sweet tea Was Really delicious because it was really hot that day So I drank A Couple of Cup fulls of that delicious Sweet tea & Plus I had A double Quarter Pounder with cheese & Large 🍟 fries & After I'd cooled off After I'd eaten & I was getting ready to go cause I'd been there for At least 30 to 45 Minutes but I was in No hurry to go Anywhere but home So I decided to buy Me A large Vanilla ice cream in A Cup & fillet a 🐟 fish for later because I knew that I was going to get hungry Afterwhile So I was thinking Ahead & So they fixed Me right up with My Vanilla ice cream in the Cup & the fillet a 🐟 fish Sandwich Thank You MCDONALD'S FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY!!!!!

Awesome McDonald's!!! Very kind staff, so very helpful, friendly, they bent over backwards to help us in every way possible. It was a big group of us on a school field trip. They help us without getting upset about the time it took. Thanks so much!! Plus it was VERY CLEAN & UP TO DATE!!

Very poor service at drive thru. Pretty quick in comparison inside but they need new management or figure out how to run the drive thru more efficiently. Food is like any McDonald's.

I only used the drive through in the middle of the night on a long trip so I am not sure about the way this location is run during the day. The machine for coffee drinks was down (but how many people get coffee at 3 am). However, the worker made us some fresh coffee for our drive and was very accommodating. There was a line of two cars in front of us and one was being a jerk and honking but she was still nice. She was 10/10. Experience was 8/10.

Cold food. Rude employees. Long lines. How do you get cold food when it takes them 10 minutes to get it to you?

This is a great restaurant- very nice on the inside and we met a wonderful associate named Israel. He was awesome!😋

It's good and affordable for families that don't make a lot to share a meal out together

Drove through about 20 minutes ago. Ordered 3 kids meals, a 20 pc. nuggets, large fries and a large unsweet tea. We pulled over into a parking spot to get the kids situated with their food and noticed we were missing an apple juice, easy fix. My husband ran in and got it. We get back on the road, he puts his straw (an extra I keep in the car because they didn't give him one) into his cup, takes a drink and it's Coke, not unsweet tea. We get about 15 miles down the road and I realize they didn't give us the kids' apple slices. It's kind of pointless to call and complain because we don't live near Hope, but it's aggravating.

My favorite place of ALL time. My mouth has a party here. I love love love this place!

Just fast food. Is what it is. I dont go often. Mint frozen dessert wasn't mixed right this time.
